If you wish to duplicate the current page, you should use the Copy file command.
In multiple window mode a new window is opened for the new page, unless one already exists for this page.

This command copies the file, but bypasses the Contactor manager and the PLC manager. Use the command only when you need to make a short-term, temporary copy of the current page.
