The dialogue view of the project management causes an independent project management dialogue at the window. You find this setting in the project management menu View/Dialog.
If you do not, then the project management appears in reduced form is beside the schematics and is always visible.
Use here also the setting View / File description. Then the file names are faded out and the file descriptions are visible.
