This parameter command makes it possible to exchange an existing symbol with another symbol. As far as possible, all values are copied identically.
If you click on the parameter command, the symbol explorer opens, where you look for the new symbol. After copying it from the symbol explorer, the symbol automatically replaces the previous one.
If an inconsistency is observed between the original symbol and the new symbol, you receive a piece of information which you have to confirm with Yes or No. An inconsistency would be the symbol type or the number of pins.
