At first start the function Modify / Object Properties / Copy properties then a symbol must be selected as a template with one clicks of the left mouse button, then make another left-click on similar elements, in order to transfer the properties.
Possible properties are:
color, type of line, line width, text size, text width, adjustment, ...
For eg a dotted line, without to click at each line to change the line properties. You select dotted line, which corresponds exactly to your imaginations, then click on each line to copy the properties to them.
